The Willcox girls are growing up way too fast! Merritt and Marina were toddlers when I started photographing them and now look at them, they are beautiful young ladies. With Covid and having two young girls of my own I haven’t been able to get down to the Cape much this year so they drove down to me and I couldn’t be more thankful for that! It means the world to me that they drove so far so I could be the one to take their photos! Especially when Merritt had such a big day the following day. She was getting her new braces put on! I am so blessed to have clients like the Willcox family that would do that! I can’t wait to see her new look in a couple weeks at their family session.
We met at Wood Park in Hudson. It was my first time photographing at the park and I just loved the bridge! We had so much fun running round the fields. Mom always has the girls in the cutest outfits and this year was no exception. They started in white sun dresses and then Merritt changed into a yellow and white floral print dress and Marina complemented her in an adorable mustered yellow dress with lace on the bottom and ties on the sleeves. And as always we ended with some fun shots in their birthday shirts. This year we documented that their birthdays were during quarantine. They turned 14 and 11! Stay tuned to see there fall family portrait session coming soon!!
